Scouting is a great place for boys to make friends, camp, learn outdoor skills, have fun, and learn to be responsible citizens. Troop 26 was chartered by the Immanuel United Church of Christ in downtown Bartlett in 1976.
We are a "scout-run troop", so the scouts plan, organize, and lead their own meetings and activities under the supervision of our adult leaders. We have a great group of adult scoutmasters, volunteers, and committee members who are committed to the scouting program and to helping our scouts grow into mature adults.
We meet every Monday night at 7:00 at the church (except on U-46 non-attendance days during the school year). Feel free to stop by and see us any time (no appointment necessary!).
